Community Connect Broadband Grant Program

Award Description:
The total estimated funding for FY09 is $13.4 million. The minimum grant request amount is $50,000 and the maximum grant request amount is $1,000,000. Grants will be awarded, on a competitive basis, to entities serving communities of up to 20,000 inhabitants. The applicant's minimum matching contribution must be for eligible purposes and equal 15 percent of the grant amount requested.
